I found a car that was of interest to me at Smallbone & Son. The dealership offers a great reserve system allowing you to reserve your car of interest for a small fee (refundable if you opt not to take the car). I then arranged a time to go and see the car. I was allowed a no fuss test drive. I was very impressed by the condition of the car, clearly well presented by the dealership. We struck a deal and it took no time at all to go through the paperwork with Martyn, he was very clear and thorough while also being efficient. We arranged to collect the car a few days later. Once again, the car had been freshly cleaned inside and out and was fully serviced and MOT'ed for me.
I had an issue with the car a few weeks later but thanks to the 3 month warranty offered Smallbone were very helpful and happy to help.

I am very happy with the car and I won't hesitate to use Smallbone & Son again to get a future car.

Martin even gave the car a new clutch and some new tyres and delivered the car to me himself when it was ready. I had a small issue a couple of months later and they booked the car in, fixed it, gave me another car to use and it was ready by the next day. They even washed it for me. Lovely family run business. Wow, what great customer service.
I asked some friends in the area if there was a garage nearby that was trustworthy and reliable, thankfully they did and I came here.
On that Saturday afternoon they kindly helped me. My exhaust was dragging and hitting every single speed bump in the area and I didn't know what to do.
They identified the problem, replaced the part there and then and gave me some advice about another car issue.
Didn't try to get me to have needless work done to my car and were just lovely.
Very trustworthy and will happily use them again if I have another problem with my car.
